A wire and cable manufacturer was experiencing severe scale build up in their Clever Brooks 250hp boiler. Due to the severity of the scale build up, it was recommended that the customer utilize two (2) 330 gallon totes of RYDLYME<\/b><\/em> in two separate cleanings.<\/span><\/p>\n

RYDLYME<\/b><\/em> was circulated through the boiler at a 50% dilution with water for 8 hours. A visual inspection through the boiler\u2019s ports was conducted. The wire and cable manufacturer was thrilled! A second cleaning was then conducted to return the boiler to OEM specifications. <\/span><\/p>\n

The maintenance team was very happy with the results of the RYDLYME<\/b><\/em>\u00a0cleaning and is implementing a preventative maintenance plan for the boiler. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
