The turbine consisted of 16,424 tubes (42 feet in length with 54-inch diameter).\u00a0The client put\u00a0<em><strong>RYDLYME<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 to the test against sulfuric acid to see which one could break through the severe buildup and restore the system&#8217;s appropriate level of heat transfer.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>RYDLYME<\/em>\u00a0approach<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>6,930 gallons circulated via 4\u201d pump (800-900gpm) and back into a 21,000-gallon baker tank for 24 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>RYDLYME<\/em>\u00a0results<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mineral deposits removed restoring the proper level of heat transfer.<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning was conducted during planned outage;\u00a0<em><strong>RYDLYME<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 was tested against sulfuric acid (4,500 gallons injected at 10gpm); sulfuric acid produced minimal results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;2795&#8243;
